Mackey Services ("Mackey," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and provides heating, cooling, and indoor air quality services in the Texas Gulf Coast. We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using this website, contacting us, or requesting service, you agree to the practices described here.

Identifiers & contact data you provide — name, phone number, email, service/billing address, and details about your HVAC, electrical, or generator request — when you call, submit a form, request an estimate, schedule service, apply for a job, or chat with us.
Transaction & service records — appointments, work performed, equipment installed, warranties, and payment status (we do not store full card numbers; payments are handled by our payment processor).
Technical & usage data collected automatically — IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and similar analytics data, via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
Communications — messages, call recordings or notes, and SMS/text content when you contact us or consent to texts (see Section 4).

Sources: directly from you; automatically from your device as you use the site; and from service providers who help us operate (scheduling/CRM, analytics, advertising, and review platforms).

Mobile information is never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data is not shared with anyone for marketing.

This section is our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" notice. Mackey Services does not sell your personal information for money. 8. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain service and warranty records, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes, after which we delete or de-identify it.
